They also have their individual cooking place named “Bogurar Doi Ghar” for preparing this food.

The method begins with the continuous process of heating liquid milk until it thickened to a certain amount. After that, they mix sugar in the mixture and continue the healing process further. Then after getting the required mixture, the milk needed to be cooled down a bit, and then they mix some curd in it. The milk was then poured into earthenware and left beside a stove overnight.

They cover the whole structure with an enormous lid. After some time, they change the place of this earthenware and cover them again. The whole production takes plenty of time and people who remain associated with the whole formula have to work in the scorching heat.

After finishing the whole process, the curd gets its required texture and goes for further packaging. Finally, it is delivered all over the country.
